Christine Eady

Christine is a freelance designer, pattern cutter, working both with private clients and on commercial projects. She studied Fashion Design at Sunderland College of Art and the London College of Fashion. Her breadth of experience as a designer, pattern cutter, ranges from children’s wear to high street fashion and currently, bespoke commissions.
She has taught Fashion and Textiles in London and Oxfordshire to students who were seeking a career in the clothing industry as well as on numerous community programmes.
Her strengths lie in bringing together both the design and technical aspects of dressmaking.
Christine’s philosophy, ‘From thinking to making with hand and heart, will always result in a special and wearable garment.’
